Lifetime Limited Warranty
|
We believe that part of excellent customer service is
providing a lifetime limited warranty to our customers. At
Auto Advantage Collision, we guarantee our work with a labor
only warranty that lasts as long as you own the vehicle we
did the work on. This written warranty is null and void if
the repair is adjusted or tampered with by any person not
authorized by Auto Advantage Collision.
1. Mechanical Repairs: Auto Advantage Collision will repair
all mechanical repairs made as a result of collision damage.
This lifetime limited warranty covers any claim made within
the warranted period, unless the damage stems from improper
maintenance or unreasonable use of the vehicle.
2. Metalwork: All metalwork, including the application of
materials that are used to protect collision repairs against
deterioration, cracking, and flaking, in addition to all
welding completed at the time of the initial repair, is
included in this lifetime limited warranty. This warranty
does not include rust repairs. Auto Advantage Collision will
repaint and/or repair any metalwork that is under warranty,
excluding rust repairs. This lifetime limited warranty
covers any claim made within the warranted period, unless
the damage stems from improper maintenance or unreasonable
use of the vehicle.
3. Paint: Our lifetime limited warranty covers extreme loss
of pigmentation or blistering of solvent, as well as hazing
and peeling, excluding rust repairs. This lifetime limited
warranty covers any claim made within the warranted period,
unless the damage stems from improper maintenance or
unreasonable use of the vehicle.
4. Parts: We will replace new parts that were installed at
Auto Advantage Collision, provided the manufacturer's
warranty has not expired. This lifetime limited warranty
covers any claim made within the warranted period, unless
the damage stems from improper maintenance or unreasonable
use of the vehicle.
Please keep a copy of this warranty document, as you must
present it to Auto Advantage Collision before any repairs
are made. All repairs will be made at Auto Advantage
Collision during normal business hours. This warranty is not
transferable. |
